Bravery, in my opinion, is the first and foremost element for us, and here, I must say ,in the real world,there can't be full of flowers and laughters, sometime it's filled with hardship and darkness which will make you down, but never to be fear, No matter how troulb the matter will be,no matter how hard the life will be,you must face it with courage. I say conquer your fear, and I promise you conquered everything!

diligence, to some extent, is also of great inportance contributing to the problem how to be ready for the real world if you want to be well adapt to the real world and make a difference,I suggest you shall live a strenuous life from now on, as an old saying goes:no pain, no gain!To preach that highest form of success which comes not to the who desire mere easy peace but to the man who does not shrink from hardship and from bitter toil,never forget it,the early bird catch the worm.

In a competitive society like today's, every person needs to be well-prepared for the future. Without being so, he or she is much more easily to be replaced by other qualifying people. Here are some tips to help everyone to be well-prepared. First of all, education is the most important tool to success. So, in order to not fall behind other people, it is essential to be as educated as possible. One should not only learn the basic courses taught in classes, but also be well-informed about the various social changes in the society. Knowing the things going on around one can dramatically improve one's communication ability and social ablility. Also, language is an important skill to learn. Knwoing a foreign language, especially being fluent in English, can help one stand out in a crowd of applicants. Not only should one be very educated, he or she must also be know how to communicate with others efficiently. One should learn to abtain better speaking skills, environment adaptivity, and ablity to affect others in one's speech.

With these skills mentioned above, one will be well-prepared for the future even in today's competitive world.

This term, I've been heard a lot about our classmates who were working out with a

part-time job, some were working as a home teacher, some were working as waitress in the Dongxin Hotel. I had have been thinking about a part-time job very seriously. too. Why are we colleage students want a part time job?

For one thing, the salary maybe a interest for us .Because we earn our own procket money can loose some pressures for our family and also make us try to save money

reasonably by using it properly. If we know the difficulties in making some money ,we can understand our parents better, too.

However, another important reason is that we can gain our future carrer's ability through working for someone. We can live out the campus and get to know part of the real society .Things may sometimes goes not very smoothly, but by dealing the matters depend on oneself is a important living skill for us. I decided to be a middle teacher after college. There are many reasons contribute to this decision.

Firstly, when I was a little/boy, I have been dreaming of being a teacher. It seemed so fascinate to me and I hope I can make my dream come true.

And, I like so much to be with middle school students. Most of the students at that age are full of youthful spirity and I am sure their passion would pass to me. I will retain all the zest of adolescence.

The most important reason is that our country needs plenty of teachers. So far, teaching is considered a tough and low-income job in China.
