Most of them think that participating in sports is important to physical health only and has nothing to do with spiritual health and social development. However, in my opinion, it is beneficial to physical health as well as spiritual health and social development as a whole despite of some negative effects it has brought.
Firstly, participating in sports can develop one’s temperament and character spiritually. For example, if a person goes in for a kind of sport in which a team is involved, he needs to learn how to cooperate with other team members and how to adjust himself in emergency. In addition, participating in sports can cultivate one’s sense of honor and dignity. 他,我们初一的体育老师,姓郭,因为谢顶,头的顶部很光滑,我们大家就不约而同的叫他为光明顶。一次一次的叫他,他应该早就知道自己有这么个可爱的外号了吧。
郭老师是个可爱的老师。有时,他外表装的很是生气,其实内心还是很温和的。哪个当老师不是这样,为了吓唬住学生,总要装的很厉害,用凶神恶煞的眼神盯着每一个人,在私底下,谁还会这么做。
我一开始对郭老师的印象不是很好。那是因为初一年级的广播操比赛。我的个子高,在队伍里显得较为突出,所以操必须做的要不别的同学更加认真。当时我不知道有这个原因,老师一遍一遍的罚我做操,让我比别人的胳膊腿伸得更直,更有力度,年轻力壮,谁怕?可是,就是咽不下这口气,心里总想;凭什么阿,别人都去疯玩了,自己还在这里受尽折磨,我广播操训练补考了三次,才通过。我下来马上就明白了,这正是严爱。也就没有再抱怨过了,反而更加喜欢这位可爱的老师。

Everyone hopes to live happily in the world. Physical exercise is indispensable to a happy life. There is a famous saying: "Life lies on exercise." Although you will not necessarily die without regular physical exercises, they' II certainly help you live longer and more healthily.
Exercise is good for us to build our bodies. It helps co – ordinate the different parts of our bodies when we have sports. 1、体育课上的观察,为写作打好基础
体育课的一项主要任务就是动作技能的学习,比如跑步,怎么起跑。怎么加速、怎么冲刺,手臂如何摆动、呼吸如何配合等,各种跳的动作。学生动作的形成是一个连续不断、由生疏而熟练地过程,首先是认知并粗略掌握动作阶段,在这个阶段,老师往往用言语讲解并示范动作,让学生明确要学习的动作是什么,并知道怎么做,初步感知动作的轮廓,在这一阶段,要让学生学会观察,提高知觉能力,领会动作的基本要领和动作的主要特点,离开了观察,学生的动作技能学习无法进行,好的观察将决定动作学习的质量。
体育课上,每一个动作的学习都伴随着观察,学习动作前,老师都有示范,老师在示范中往往会进行分解,一边示范,一边讲解,每一个细微动作的要领是什么,怎么完成,每一个细微动作之间有什么联系,身体是怎么配合,需要同学睁大眼睛,仔细观察,细致体会,要学会观察的方法,从整体到部分,从大动作到细微动作,一一揣摩,逐步体验,由慢到快,并形成运动的表象,初步形成正确的动作观念。

现在的体育课因为空间大,组织相对松散,师生交流不是很方便,结果课堂的表达几乎没有,往往都是老师讲解完后,没有学生的反馈,没有学生课堂中声音。实际上,体育课程标准中十分强调学生的表达。比如教学生掷实心球,老师首先讲解动作要领:面对投掷方向,两脚前后开立,身体重心落在右脚(后面那只脚)上,两膝微屈,双手举球至头的后上方,然后利用双脚蹬地,收腹,挥臂的力量将球用力由头后向前上(斜上方45度角)方掷出。注意两腿用力蹬地,送髋展胸,两臂用力掷球。出手速度要快,用力要猛。然后老师示范,一边示范一边在重复指出动作要领,应该说通过示范讲解学生对掷实心球有了初步的动作影像,但是否能掌握动作要领呢?这时,老师可以让学生口头陈述一下,然后让一个同学按照陈述的动作要领做动作,在学生的陈述中老师随时纠正学生表达含糊和错误的地方,这样为下一步的动作训练打好基础,通过学生的陈述,老师也大概了解学生练习中容易出现的问题,以便针对性开展训练。
3、体育课中的活动,为作文提供丰富的素材
走进学生的体育课,我们发现活动内容丰富,活动形式多样,活动情景精彩,活动空间广阔,只要有心,我们可以挖掘丰富的作文素材。
(1)、写人:可以描写同学练习动作、参与活动、进行比赛等活动中体现的合作、团结、刻苦、坚毅、顽强精神。每一个同学都可以成为自己认真观察的对象和写作的对象,他们在体育课上的表现,一举一动,一言一行,都可以认真记录下来。
(2)、写事:写活动,写游戏,写比赛,写测验,写合作,写竞争,语文教材上要求的写事文章我们都可以在体育课中找到。比如玩中的乐趣或收获、动脑筋解决问题、观察日记、自由作文、我们能做什么、 教你学一招、丰富多彩的世界、自己会做的事、任意写一篇作文、成长的故事、“我看到了……”、观察中的新发现(所列题目为人教版语文作文训练题目)。
