小学生健康的饮食习惯
“我们要吃绿色食品,不能吃垃圾食品······”这句话常常萦绕在我的耳边。大多数的人都知道要吃绿色食品,但是绿色食品又是什么呢?绿色食品就是无污染的符合一定标准的优质食品。我来举个例子吧!
大家都喜欢肯德基和麦当劳吧!但你们又知不知道食物里有多少
能量呢?它们又是不是绿色食品呢?在我们的视线里6~8岁的儿童每天每千克体重约需要336千焦,9~12岁为273千焦。像我们这么大,大约30千克至40千克就每天需要8190至10920千焦。下面我来说说我们喜欢的食品有多少能量。我们喝的一罐为250克的可乐能产生热量460千焦,一罐为250克的汽水能产生能量502千焦。我们吃的一个为70克的冰淇淋能产生能量544千焦,10根为70克炸薯条能产生能量377千焦。一个为50克的汉堡能产生能量460千焦。还有一团为240克的面条能产生能量1000千焦,一包为100克的油炸方便面能产生热量1799千焦。如果我们每天摄入的能量超过标准,多余的能量就会变成脂肪储存在体内,容易使身体肥胖;如果摄入不足,就会营养不良。它们也是绿色食品。
我和妈妈去买菜,妈妈通常会选些菜叶完整的。我想很多人也一
样。我开始也是这样想的,这样一直持续了一年。有一天,我和妈妈才在报纸看到,买菜要买有虫眼的菜才没有农药污染。这使我们大吃一惊,原来吃了一年的农药。
饮食是影响人体健康的重要元素之一。人的一生要吃掉大量食
物,所以我们一定要选择健康食品。

小学生健康饮食应该少吃什么呢?
第一点:油炸类食品。油炸类食品第一点:里面存在着致癌不少
物质;二:油炸类食品不容易消化,就会在我们的体内行走得慢,有
害物质就会被吸收。三:外面的油炸类食品都有可能是地沟油炸成的
危害力超大!
第二点:腌制类食品。腌制类食品里面有着许许多多的盐,吃多
了能致癌!
第三点:罐头类食品。罐头类食品的保质期都很长,所以里面的
防腐剂一定很多,防腐剂对人类的危害很大!
第四点:速食膨胀类食品。膨化类食品里面也有油炸物,还有多

今天,我了解了十大垃圾食品:
第一:油炸类。现在有一种难医治的病,就是心血管疾病,这是油炸类的食物吃多了,致使血管容易阻塞,所以中风、动脉硬化都与此有关。假如要求人完全不吃油炸食品,会令人很有压力,所以只好劝人尽量少吃。
第二:腌制类。腌得很咸的食物,会导致鼻咽癌或溃疡的可能性,所以也应该少吃。
第三:肉制品。新鲜的肉放在空气中,多久就变臭了?差不多三个小时左右。但是这些肉制品被加工后可以放多久?有的放三年,有的放了五年。是什么力量所造成的?放了很多防腐剂。肉制品还含有亚硝酸盐,这是三大致癌物之一。现在癌症的比率有多高?四分之一,已经往三分之一迈进了。
第四、饼干类。现在很多饼干特别顺应消费者的口味,所以夹了许多夹心酥,这里面的成分都是很多的糖精、热量,摄入过量,醣类就会转成脂肪,因此现代人愈来愈胖。
第五:汽水、可乐食品。我们所喝的橘子汽水、柠檬汽水都是什么做的?石油做的,绝对不是苹果、橘子做的,都是从石油提炼出来的一个酚,那个味道跟橘子,跟很多水果都一样。
要让我们的生活得很有价值,首先就必须要有一个健康的身体为基础。所以,一定要把身体保护好,吃得越简单,身体越轻松愉快。

养是人类为了维持生命,满足机体生存、学习和工作能量需要的物质基础。像现在我们是青年群体,正处于生长发育的中后期,活泼好动,运动量大,加上繁重的脑力劳动和紧张的学习等,是一生中各种营养素需要量最大的时期。我个人认为现在还着欠缺对营养饮食认识,饮食习惯不科学、饮食结构不合理、不吃早餐、在外就餐、饮酒、吸烟等不良生活方式对健康的影响越来越严重。
合理的饮食结构目前我们大学生男生饮食以谷类及其制品为主,其次是蔬菜、瓜茄类,其余依次为畜肉类、豆类及其制品等。女生饮食以蔬菜瓜茄类、谷类及制品为主,其次是畜肉类、豆类及其制品等。男、女生蔬菜、水果、鱼类、乳类、蛋类摄入均未达到要求,可见饮食构成不够合理,学生食堂应增加这些食品的供应,以满足学生合理饮食结构的要求。
然而常可能吃到的某些垃圾食物其所存在的隐患。第一那些油炸类,吃多了油炸类会容易使血管阻塞,所以应尽量少吃。第二腌制品,腌制久会越咸吃了会导致鼻咽或溃疡的可能性应少吃。第三是最长吃的饼干类,有甜的有咸的里面的成分有很多糖精、热量摄入过量,糖会转成脂肪,会导致变胖。第四就 那些汽水、可乐等都是碳酸饮料饮料中过多的糖分被人体吸收,就会产生大量热量,长期饮用非常容易引起肥胖。最重要的是,它会给肾脏带来很大的负担,这也是引起糖尿病的隐患之一。所以本身就患有糖尿病的人;我们所喝的橘子汽水、柠檬汽水都是什么做的?石油做的,绝对不是苹果、橘子做的,都是从石油提炼出来的一个酚,那个味道跟橘子,跟很多水果都一样等等……所以尽量不要饮用。
应提高大学生的饮食健康意识,多关注饮食营养方面建立自我保健意识,养成良好的饮食习惯,一日三餐定时定量,少吃或不吃零食,做到早餐要吃饱,中餐要吃好,晚餐要吃少,三餐的热量分配要科学合理。
身体相当一部分是吃出来的,如果我们的大学生们能养成了好的饮食卫生习惯,结合合理的体育锻炼,那么无论对于社会、家庭还是自己本身,都是具有积极意义的事情。健康就是最大的节约,自己的健康是比投资任何东西都更有价值的投资,身体的健康是我们取得胜利的最大资本。
