當前社會提倡優質教育，希望能培養具有豐富知識、健全性格責任的新一代。而本校辦學多年來都以為目的，在教學設計上,是循著這一路向去進行。本校的教育方針著重于全面性之平均發展。以德、智、體、群，美五育之原則施教。本校運用美麗而柔和的顏色去組成最新穎及富有教導性的設計。更不斷地改進，使兒童們在一個友好、愉快、輕松的環境下，真正體會到游戲中學習的樂趣。園內的一切設計，皆為使小朋友們能達到身心健康之目標。室外游戲場的大玩具使兒童們有良好的大肌肉發展。室內健身室則特為于酷熱夏天及多雨的季節給孩子們作室內運動而設。其他构造如娃娃閣、自然閣、小家庭、小廚房、電影室、角色扮演閣、單元閣、小畫廊、圖畫閣、小商店、舞蹈室、小水池皆經特別設計，便于分類學習另有飼養魚類。課程以分組活動，單元教學為中心。每閣一組的設計目的是使兒童能養成愛清潔、整齊、愛護公物、小朋友間互相愛護幫助的好習慣。使每個兒童都能發揮個別的才能，从而成為思想行動皆有條不紊的人。本校多年來都開放給社會福利處在職訓練的老師、理工學院幼兒工作證書文憑課程系及李惠利工業幼兒工作系的同學觀察學習。得到他們無數的贊賞，令本校老師們時時鞭策自己，進一步的努力，以不負眾望。方方樂趣的工作很繁忙，活動特別多，每一位同事都從未有過一句怨言，而且都以一個樂意的心去策劃并實行種種活動，大家都來抱著敬業樂業的態度，這完全是因為老師都明白保持現今社會繁榮和幼兒教育的重要性，學生們的父母事务繁多︰他們都需要我們去幫助教導孩子并酿造更多的機會，使父母及孩子能构造出更良好的親情關系，這是方方樂趣全體教職員為答謝大家的支持及鼓勵而獻上的一點心意。Theaimofourschoolistogivehappinessandfuntochildrenthatarefromanywhereintheworld,justastheChinesenameofourschoolmeansthespreadingofjoyinalldirectionsandtoallcorners.Weaimtocultivatemoreknowledgeable,healthyandresponsiblecitizens,thatissoimportanttooursociety.Eversinceourschools’establishment,Funfulhavebeenaimingatthisambitiousgoal.Ourschool’seducationalpolicyemphasiseonbalanceddevelopmentofourstudentsinmorality,intelligence,physique,grouplife,outwardbeauty(goodmannersandappearance)andinnerbeauty(good-natureandgoodpersonality).Ourschoolshaveusedabeautifulmatchingcolourschemetocreatedesignswhichhavebeencontinuouslyimprovedforchildrentolearnateaseduringplayinafriendlyandcongenialenvironment.Allequipmentshavethecommonaimofpromotinghealthofourchildren.Largeoutdoortoysaregoodforgrossmotordevelopment.Theindoorgymnasiumisspeciallybuiltforchildrentouseduringhotorrainyweather.Otherfacilitiesconsistofadollcentre,naturestudylibrary,littletuck-shop,balletroom,musicroom,smallpoolandanaquarium.Allarespeciallydesignedformultidisciplinarydevelopment.Topicsfocusonunitsandgroupactivities.Thebasicschemeofteachingistodividestudentsintosmallgroupsandtoconcentrateonteachingonesubjectatatime.Guidingstudentstoacquiregoodhabitsofcleanliness,orderliness,andmutualhelpandcareofpublicpropertythroughplayanddemonstration.Itisalsoouraimtohelpourstudentstofindtheirownlatentcapabilitiesandtogrowupasresponsiblepersons.Formanyyears,ourschoolshavebeenthelearninggroundforobservatorystudybyin-servicetrainingofsocialworkersfromSocialWelfareDepartmentandbystudentstakingchildcarecoursecertificateoftheHongKongPolytechnicandchildcarecourseofLeeWaiLieTechinicalInstitute.Theirencouragementsandprofessionalguidancehavekeptourteacherssomuchwithimprovingtheirsocialandteachingskills.FunfulEnglishPrimarySchool,KindergartenandChildren’sCornerhaveverybusyworkschedulesthatinvolvepreparationofteachingmaterialandextra-curricularactivities.However,notasingleoneofourcolleagueshasevercomplained.Everyonehasplannedandcarriedoutworkwithapleasantframeofthemind,andhaveshownrespectandsatisfactiontotheprofession.Weareallawareoftheneedtocareforthewelfareofoursocietyandpre-schooleducation.Theparentsofourchildrenareworkingtokeepourcommunityprosperous.Inreturn,wearetryingourbesttoteachourstudentsandtoprovidemoreopportunitiesforparentstoimproverelationshipwiththeirchildren.ThisiswhatalltheworkingandteachingstaffofFunfulEnglishPrimarySchool,KindergartenandChildren’sCorneraredoingtoshowourappreciationtotheirsupportandencouragement.
