  原来,这看似普通的一碗粥有这么深刻的意义,于是我赶快请妈妈传授做“福寿粥”的方法。妈妈告诉我,先准备好要用的材料:必不可少的是粥米,豆、枣三样,其他可根据自家人口味配比,如核桃、粟子,玉米、葡萄干等。玉米要提前泡3—4小时,其他材料可混合洗净,再将所有的材料一起放入锅内,加足量水,烧开小火熬成粥即可。喜欢甜的就放些冰糖一起熬,用紫砂煲,三小时就能喝上粥了……

  在我们这里,腊八粥熬好后,先要敬神祭祖,再赠送亲友,一定要在中午之前送出去,最后才是全家人食用。吃剩的腊八粥,保存着吃了几天还有剩下,却是好兆头,取其“年年有余”的意思。

  腊八节喝腊八粥真有趣。这象征着多福多寿的腊八粥,大家可别忘了十二月初八喝一大碗啊!
