『时间过得真快，一眨眼就过了快4年了。有幸见证广东工业大学龙洞校区化州同乡会的点点滴滴。在这大家庭里，我收获了温暖、情谊和欢乐，很多很多~~~一直很想为同乡会写篇日志，可忙碌于生活，很久就写了标题，内容却未能开笔，遗憾！这篇日志今得以重见天日，实乃同乡会与我千丝万缕的情感所致。广东工业大学（龙洞）化州同乡会应该成为所有高校同乡会中的一朵奇葩。临毕业，特献此篇以作回忆，以及对化州同乡会深深的祝福！

【同乡会的理解】

◇定义◇

同乡会：又称“老乡会”，英文Townsmen Association，是指同乡之间为联络、交流、互助而自由组建的团体。同乡会传统上就是纪录乡人在外打拼事业、学习、生活印迹的史证，从同乡宗亲史就能一窥时代演化的图案。同乡会应该具有强烈的内在团结力，更具有开放性和包容性。

◇差异◇

广东工业大学化州同乡会（龙洞）相比学校机构社团的差异是：

1．社团机构具有强烈明显的等级划分，而化州同乡会从结构框架上是一个比较松散的组织团体。当然，更不是黑社会团体组织。相反化州同乡会是人人平等、团结互助的大家庭。尽管有着师兄、师姐、师弟、师妹的尊称爱称，但不是身份地位高下的体现，而恰恰是一种互敬互爱、文明素质的表现。

2．社团机构有严格的分工，化州同乡会内部也有分工，但不能说是严格的分工。化州同乡会内部的分工是会长牵头，和同乡会骨干一起平等交流，同策共力，为同乡会大家庭的吃喝玩乐或其他交流活动而贡献力量。体现的更多是一种默默付出和贡献精神，其中饱涵着浓浓的同乡情感。这里除了从心理上、情感上对同乡会负责外，没有上下级、没有谁欺负谁，我们都是同乡兄弟姐妹。

3．社团机构招新有收“会员费”10元／人，吸纳会费成为社团机构经费直接用于社团机构的日常支出，它的费用支出对象是机构。而同乡会也有收每届同乡４年一次费用30~50元，但它的费用支出对象是同乡会活动，而这些活动是我们绝对只赚不亏的，能收获更多的是欢乐、美好回忆、情谊、珍贵的同乡情。比如：代表同乡会心意在女生节送花或礼物比女性同乡，同乡会集体烧烤同乡会承担部分经费，元旦或冬至集体煮饺子汤圆，或集体打火锅，或水果拼盘。。。同乡会活动普遍都是很开心的活动，是所有同乡自己都可以参加的活动。钱来自大家，回归大家，欢乐一刻，价值千金。个人开心了，同乡会更团结发展了，情感更深厚了。何乐而不为？

◇意义◇

（一）从个人来看：

1．听乡音。语言是永恒的纽带，我们在陌生的环境会因乡音而倍感亲切，情感会有所寄托，我们内心会感觉：还有亲人在身边。

2．能得到无私的帮助。即使不很相识熟悉，只要知道彼此是同乡会的，来自同一个地方，只要你需求，很大程度会得到师兄师姐的关怀、照顾和体谅。当你遇到交通、游玩、购物、学习、生活，甚至就业工作等问题，有了同乡会这一平台，认识了师兄师姐，人脉资源将会让你受益无穷。

3．聆听和倾诉的窗口。在同乡会，你可以聆听到很多同乡的声音，包括学习、就业、情感，同样，你也可以找到值得倾诉的对象，同乡的语言和情感彼此更易懂，你心里的郁结会早日散开，走向乐观，走向开心。

4．获得更多的人脉资源，收获更多欢乐。主要常参加同乡会活动，尽情参与，同乡会一定带给你更多的机遇，更多的欢乐。
