我最喜爱的菜My Favorite Food
Food is human’s basic need, yet it differs from culture to culture. Color, aroma and taste have been regarded as the basics of Chinese culinary art. In the long history of Chinese course development, there are many differences between the Southern and Northern tastes. Generally speaking, the southern courses emphasize freshness and tenderness; while the northern courses are oilier. As a typically southerner, I prefer freshness and pure flavor. So my favorite food is steaming fish.
饮食是人类最基本的需求,但饮食因文化而异。色香味一直被看做是中华饮食文化的基本要素。在中国饮食文化历史发展的长河中,南方菜和北方菜有很多不同。一般来说,南方菜更注重鲜、嫩,而北方菜相对比较油腻。作为一个典型的南方人,我更喜爱鲜美和纯粹的味道。所以,清蒸鱼是我最喜欢的菜。
Steaming fish is a classical Guang Dong dish. It’s famous for light, soft and slippery taste. The material must be fresh, and the cook must control the heat to make sure the fish remain tender and pure. Put the fresh fish in the pot to steam for 8 minutes with mild heat. Before the dish is finished, add a spoon of oil and some chopped green onion and a spoon of soy sauce, and then the steaming fish is done. My mother is very good at cooking this course. I really love the way she cook the fish, not only maintain the original flavors of the fish, but also provide with enough protein.

我爱炸酱面I love Fried Bean Paste Noodles
There are different kinds of noodles in our country. In Shanxi, the most famous noodle is sliced noodles, in Guangdong, it has dry fried noodles; in Si chuan, people love spicy hot noodles very much. Born in Beijing and live in Beijing, I love fried bean paste noodles the best.
The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it, you should slice the cucumber into pieces, cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes, then put these material in a bowl. Second, stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat, ginger and green onion, and then put them in the pan, keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma. Last, put the paste onto the noodles you have prepare and add the cucumber, soy bean and green bean to the noodles. The fried bean paste noodles are done. If you have time, you can try this, I sure you will love it.
在我国,有各种各样的面条。在山西,最著名的面食是刀削面;在广东,最著名的是伊面;在四川,人们最爱的则是麻辣面。作为一个土生土长的北京人,我最爱炸酱面。
炸酱面很容易烹饪。首先,你先把黄瓜切丝,把黄豆和青豆用沸水煮上十分钟,然后把这些材料装进碗里面备用。其次,烹制炸酱。把肉末、洋葱和葱花混合在一起,不停地翻炒,直到你闻到肉香。最后,把肉酱淋在煮好的面条上,再放上黄瓜丝、黄豆和青豆,炸酱面就算做好了。如果你有时间,你一定要试试。我保证你会爱上炸酱面的。

As I live in the south of China, I like to eat food with sweet flavor. Someday, there comes the new people who live next to my house. They come to say hello and bring us the food from their hometown. I find that the flavor is so different. They like to eat salty food. I realize the diversity of food and I like it.
