　　Nowadays，the cell phone has became increasingly smarter.withit,the user can not only make phone calls,but surf the internet.As a result,someuser,especially some college students have became over dependent on it.The problem has drawn much coneern among thr public.

　　Over dependent on mobile phone can do us many harms(An example around us is that some college student spend considerable time and energy on the phone for pleasure of games and surfing).For example,somecollegestudents spend considerable time and energy on the phone, ignoring their study and sports activaties. What is worse, some students even go further to play onlinegames.with thephone in the class,when they are supposed to focus their attention on learning instead.

　　In a word, dependence on the mobile phone too much has serious negative effects for a collrgrstudent.Therefore, I make it a rule that I can use the mobile phone to surf or play no more than 30 minutes a day.
